Can you motorize my existing curtains?
Usually, yes. Most drapes with standard headers (pinch pleat, ripplefold, grommet with hooks) can move onto our motorized track. Send photos and we'll confirm before you spend anything.
Does it really work with Apple Home and Siri?
Yes — our motors are Matter-certified and appear natively in Apple Home, so you get Siri, automations, and the Home app with no extra bridge apps. Alexa and Google Home are fully supported too.
What walls and ceilings can you mount on?
Drywall, wood, concrete, and ceiling mounts — we bring the right anchors for each and leave a clean finish. Recessed ceiling pockets and bay windows are welcome.
How is the motor powered?
Depending on your window, we'll recommend a discreet plug-in or rechargeable setup during measurement; hardwired options are possible for new construction and remodels.
How long does installation take?
Most single windows take 60–90 minutes including smart home setup. A whole home is usually finished in a single day.
Do I need a hub?
Your curtains work from your phone right away. For voice control and automations away from home, Apple Home needs a home hub (HomePod or Apple TV) — we'll set that up too if you have one.
What about renters and HOAs?
Our mounting is clean and professional — holes are similar to standard curtain rod installation. Many renters install with landlord approval; we're happy to provide specs for your HOA or landlord.
What does the warranty cover?
Every installation includes a 1-year warranty covering the motor, track, and our workmanship, plus priority remote support for smart home issues.
